Most of this little monograph deals with the usefulness of blood grouping as a method of paternity exclusion (occasionally inclusion). It provides an up-to-date bibliography of this rapidly expanding field. The standard methods for "forward" and "back" typing are outlined. Numerous examples of paternity exclusions using the A-B-O, M-N-S, Rh-Hr, Kell, and other blood group systems are provided. Useful charts of the inheritance of various blood group systems and phenotypes and genotypes are included.
