To the editor: I would like to share my good fortune with my fellow members of the American College of Physicians.
I recently tried to get my name off the mailing list of Golf and Travel, one of the throw-away journals that plague us monthly. After several letters telling me it could not be done because I was on the AMA's master list or some such thing, they said, "The only way you can do it is to have your name put on the "no promotional mail" list at the AMA Central Office." This I did, and the result was
