The knowledge gained from 40 years of experience and the management of 5,000 patients with lung cancer at the Memorial Hospital, New York City, is summarized in this volume. The book is well organized, well written, beautifully illustrated, and extensively documented. It will serve as the standard reference text on lung cancer for some time to come.
