Reviewing a book dealing with an informational area in which one already enjoys a reasonable degree of expertise is frequently a dull and laborious chore. Such was not the instance here. This book was a pleasure to read, not so much because of the acquisition of new information but rather for the style of its presentation. Illustrations abound, and, although at times not of the highest quality, all are of value and interest.
The conceptual basis of this contribution and the foundational structure on which the factual information rests reflects the wisdom and maturity of its authors. This is sound.
