To the editor: It is with great disappointment that I have viewed the January and February issues of the ANNALS. What happened to the policy of separating articles by filler material so that back-to-back articles could be torn and filed?
As an avowed "ripper" and one who has saved almost all the ANNALS articles, I am now frustrated monthly. Other journals at least have been considerate enough to throw in enough worthless articles to ease the pain of decision, although they do tend to put the good ones back to back with unfortunate frequency.
Please reconsider the recent change in
