Although the prescription for a successful group practice is as scientific as the prescription for a successful marriage, no one can dispute the credentials of the joint committee making the recommendations in this booklet. In ten chapters and an excellent bibliography the joint liaison committee of the American Association of Medical Clinics, American Medical Association, and Medical Group Management Association have outlined the history, characteristics, legal aspects, economics, advantages, disadvantages, ethics, and organization of group practice.
