Like "Her Majesty's Jollies, both soldier and sailor too," this second annual volume is half law and half medicine. The twenty papers included vary greatly in quality but generally adhere to a high standard.
To judge by this book it would appear that the law is changing as rapidly as medicine—or perhaps more rapidly. Certainly, with the marked increase in the number of medical negligence suits (medical malpractice) with the physician as defendant, it would seem to be a common-sense course for physicians to keep abreast of both the legal and medical concepts that define malpractice. I would especially recommend
