Clinicians with a particular interest in hypertension and related diseases will find this collection of color photographs of the optic fundus useful. The various degrees of abnormalities that can be noted in arterioles, venules, and optic disks and the varieties of hemorrhages and exudates are described in turn. The quality of the reproductions is excellent. The reader can clearly follow the gradations from the earliest detectable to the most severe lesions.
