Dr. Gates presents a complete review of his experience in evaluating altered patterns of pulmonary arterial blood flow in children with cyanotic heart disease. Since relatively little has been written about the use of lung perfusion scanning in congenital heart disorders, this monograph of 100 pages is a welcome addition to the nuclear medicine literature.
