Unevenness of style and quality characterize the 19 chapters of this multiauthored monograph. Controversy is the unifying theme of such widely diverse topics as anticoagulation, cardiomyopathy, mobile intensive care units, His' bundle electrocardiography, and physical activity in coronary artery disease.
