Keeping abreast of progress in neurology is difficult for the neurologist. For the internist to do so in neurologic disorders has become impossible. Timely, concise reviews can help. The best ones are written by contributors active in the subjects covered, as is the case with this book. Unfortunately, reviews cannot get into the hands of the reader before their timeliness is diluted.
