In the past few years many manuals of hematology have been published, designed for use by students as an introduction to hematology. The publications in this field are often complex and difficult for those who are not working directly in the field. The present book presents the subject in a very simple manner. It is concise, clearly written, and easily understood. Individual chapters deal with normal physiology and pathology of a particular aspect of hematology, with subsequent discussion of the pathophysiology of diseases related to it.
