The book is well balanced and contains chapters dealing with physical examination, hepatitis, cirrhosis, jaundice, cholestasis, vascular diseases, storage diseases, infections, neoplasms, and biliary lithiasis. As stated in the preface, the book is designed for the student, physician in training, and those interested in a general pictorial knowledge of liver disease.
