An authoritative, exhaustive textbook of skin disease and disseminated disease with cutaneous manifestations. The first three chapters provide the nondermatologic physician with a clear, well-rounded introduction to the principles of dermatologic concept and diagnosis. The chapters' description of skin diseases provide detail well beyond the day-to-day needs of most physicians but can be highly recommended for reference consultation in particular cases. The closing atlas offers a good array of illustrations but the small scale reduces the value of many of them.
