To the editor: Kennedy and colleagues (1) conclude in their article in the February issue that "the majority of apparently healthy subjects with frequent and complex ventricuar ectopy do not have covert noncritical or significant coronary artery disease, and [our study] supports a conservative approach to the management of such persons".
