Several useful and popular textbooks on aspects of hematology have originated in the Department of Haematology of the Royal Postgraduate Medical School in London. The second edition of Postgraduate Haematology is a worthy and important addition to this illustrious tradition.
Currently there are three types of textbooks of hematology that attempt to address the full spectrum of the discipline.
