An error appears in Figure 6, page 488, of the April issue (1). In calculating the ejection fraction of the "Recovery Phase of Septic Shock," the denominator should be 100 mL, not 50 mL as printed. The ejection fraction is measured as the end diastolic volume minus the end systolic volume divided by the end diastolic volume. The correction elicits the printed ejection fraction of 50%.
