Electrocardiography, now over 80 years old, continues to add new knowledge and make old concepts more precise. In recognition of these advances, the authors have made significant revisions in their seventh edition. For example, they have added a well-illustrated section on the descriptive code system for pacemakers and a concise discussion of the methods and role of electrophysiologic studies. Useful bibliographies, arranged by subject, appear at the end of each chapter.
