Readers will benefit from clearer formats and more readable typefaces. Dr. Schwartz continues to provide his wit in the annotations, but it is not clear why he had to call attention in the introduction to his field observation of a rabelesian two-backed beast, unless what he saw should be regarded mainly as an endocrinologic phenomenon. A reasonable balance between clinical and investigative topics.
