A doctor's examination room furnished with a small desk, chair, and treatment table. Ms. EARTH is seated on the table swinging her legs. Buzzing quietly on the north wall is a FLY. The DOCTOR enters. This is his last appointment of the day.
DOCTOR: Good afternoon, Ms. Earth. It is nice to see you again. When was the last time I saw this woman? If she's the same one I'm thinking of, this visit is going to be painful.
EARTH: Hi, Dr. Wellness. He doesn't remember me from a hole in the wall. Who's he trying to kid?
