The five major nonorthodox therapies are reviewed: acupuncture, chiropractic therapy, homeopathy, medical herbalism, and osteopathy with naturopathy. A series of case studies are presented with the unique approach of each therapeutic modality considered as equals. Needs to be read with a heavy dose of skepticism by practitioners of orthodox medicine. (DBN)
