To the Editor: Schapira and colleagues (1) recently reported an association between android obesity and risk for breast cancer. Unfortunately, the mean weight and height for both patients and controls are obviously given incorrectly and inconsistently in this paper (Table 2; weight and height, 150.8 kg and 63.9 cm for patients and 143.7 kg and 64.0 cm for controls; Results section: weight, 68.5 kg for patients and 65.4 kg for controls). Assuming that the data on the body mass index are given correctly, there is a significant difference between the two groups. This is important because a positive correlation between
