To the Editors: When a medical book reviewer gets too emotional and gives advice more suitable to playgoers than to medical students or practitioners, then the "review" requires a rebuttal. Hodgkin's Disease: The Consequences of Survival (1) will not fulfill anyone's wish for the perfect book, but to be told not to buy it because it "bashes" radiation therapy is just the reason that every internist, medical oncologist, and radiation therapist ought to go out and buy it immediately. If you treat patients with Hodgkin disease or know someone who does, it is your obligation to read this book that
