CRAO - besides being unilateral - would usually have some fundus findings
Right after 4.00 minutes on the video you discuss that CRAO is unlikely as it is usually unilateral. It would have been helpful to comment on the fact that the fundus examination was normal and what impact that had on the likelihood of this being CRAO (or not).http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17460582
