And the purpose of this graphic is....?
I am certain that this happens. Probably every day, somewhere. But if I were to publish this sort of observation in the Annals, I might at least suggest an "and therefore..." Maybe the "referring" physician should be contacted and informed that his records were somewhat incomplete. I wonder what sort of program would graduate such a physician. But seriously, what is the value of one more anecdotal example of bad medicine? Yes, I have a sense of humor and no, this is not funny.
