In total, 443 hospitals from 28 states and the District of Columbia participated. Recruitment occurred as follows: cohort 1 (June 2016 to April 2017), cohort 2 (November 2016 to October 2017), cohort 3 (April 2017 to March 2018), and cohort 4 (June 2017 to May 2018). Appendix Table. Overview of the 51 Web-Based Learning Modules Developed for the STRIVE Program
