Medicaid coverage of CGM
Thank you so much for the engaging podcasts! In listening to this podcast, I heard the guest state that Medicaid does not cover CGMs. This is incorrect. While some Medicaid plans do not, other cover it for pediatrics, Type 1 or Type 1 and 2. https://diatribe.org/medicaid-cgm

Thanks for the information. I think Dr. Ovalle was mostly talking about adult type 2 diabetes for the scanned CGMs. Not sure about Medicaid and type 1 in our state. Your clarification is very useful.
